摘    要:近年来,轴系非稳定低频振动在国内大型机组上时有发生,影响了正常生产和设备安全。这类故障的特征容易和其它几种故障混淆,诊断有一定难度。结合引进的1台320MW超临界机组非稳定低频振动,具体介绍了现场试验、计算分析及诊断推理过程。研究结论认为:振动性质是汽流激振,其原因与机组结构、运行参数等多方面因素有关。研究结论可为大型机组类拟振动故障的诊断与分析提供参。

Abstract:Unstable vibrations of shaft systems often occur on large turbo generator units, which effect the normal operation and equipment safety. However, the diagnostics for the these defects are difficult sometimes. This paper presents some kind of these unstable vibrations concerning with 320MW units, and introduces the field test and calculation analysis method and procedure. The investigation conclusions are that this vibration is induced by steam flow, and the cause may be unit constructions, operational perimeters or others. This paper can be a diagnosis reference for the similar defects on large units. Figs 7, tables 7 and refs 6.
