植物多烯酚聚氧乙烯醚应用性能研究

摘    要:对新型非离子表面活性剂植物多烯酚聚氧乙烯醚的浊点、发泡性能、乳化力、去污力、耐硬水性、表面张力和安全性等进行测定,并与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物进行对比。结果表明,植物多烯酚聚氧乙烯醚浊点较高,泡沫性能较低,在乳化力和耐硬水性能方面与其他非离子表面活性剂相当,有较好的去污力,毒性低,易生物降解。

Abstract:The cloud point, foaming performance, emulsifying power, detergency, hard water resistance, surface tension and safety were determined for a novel nonionic surfactant, plant polyene phenol polyoxyethylene ether. These properties measured were also compared with that of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, fatty acid diethanolamide and fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate. The results showed that, plant polyene phenol polyoxyethylene ether had higher cloud point, lower foaming performance, and equivalent emulsifying power and hard water resistance compared with conventional nonionic surfactants. It had good detergency and low toxicity, and it was also easily biodegradable.
