摘    要:通过防腐挑战实验和高效液相色谱法评价18款市售儿童化妆品的防腐体系效能和组成,结果表明14款产品能够通过CTFA判断标准,防腐体系是有效的;对18款产品的防腐体系组成进行评估,评估结果表明,面霜和润肤露中苯氧乙醇和尼泊金甲酯使用率高,其中苯氧乙醇添加量为0.3%~0.7%,尼泊金甲酯添加量为0.1%~0.25%,洗发沐浴产品使用甲基异噻唑啉酮较广泛,使用量在允许范围。所有产品中只有一款含有布罗波尔,使用量0.015%。

Investigation on preservative systems of eighteen commercial children cosmetics

Abstract:Challenge test and high performance liquid chromatography were used to evaluate the efficacy and composition of preservative systems in 18 commercial children cosmetics. The results showed that 14 products could pass the CTFA criteria, suggesting that preservative systems were effective. The composition of preservative systems of 18 products was determined. It showed that phenoxyethanol and methylparaben were frequently used in creams and lotions. The concentrations of phenoxyethanol and methylparaben were 0.3%~0.7% and 0.1%~0.25% respectively. Moreover, methyl-isothiazolinone was widely used in hair and shower rinse-off products, the concentration of which was within the allowable range. Among all these products, there was only one product containing bronopol at the concentration of 0.015%.
