出口美国Nabors ZJ70/4500DB钻机设计研制

为适应国际钻井装备市场发展要求,加快国产石油钻机国际化进程,设计研制了出口美国NaborsZJ70/4500DB钻机。介绍了该型钻机的设计方案和技术参数,重点分析了钻机具有动力配置大、控制性能好、模块化程度高、橇装移运性好、可靠性高、配套齐全、制造工艺严格、试验程序和方法科学等设计制造特点。在此基础上,提出我国石油钻机制造业应转变企业管理模式、全面培养提高技术人员素质、不断提高钻机制造水平及钻机总体配套能力的发展建议。

Design and development of Nabors ZJ 70/4500DB drilling rig exported to USA

To meet the requirements of market development of international drilling equipment, expediting the internationalization of domestic oil drilling rigs, Nabors ZJ70/4500DB drilling rig is developed for exporting to USA. Design proposal and technical parameters of the rig are introduced. Design and manufacturing characteristics of the rig, such as big power arrangement, good control performance, high modularization, easy skid transportation, high reliability, full rig equipment supply, strict manufacturing technology, scientific testing process and methods are emphatically analyzed. On the basis stated above, it is proposed that China's oil rig manufacturing industry shall pay attention to enterprise management modes, overall training of staff for improving their quality, and continuously improving the ability of rig manufacturing and overall matching of the rigs.
