流量计量准确性对海上气田生产管理的影响.

摘    要:DF1-1气田单井产量及天然气组分存在较大差异,而下游用户气量需求变化也较为频繁,且对供气组分稳定性有较为严格的要求。在分析DF1-1气田各节点原有流量计量设备和配产模式存在问题的基础上,对4个平台的单井测试流量计进行了改造,建立了流量计量结果检验模板和气田新的产量分配模式,并用实际生产数据进行了验证。结果表明:新配产模式和新模板显著地提高了单井产量计量与气田单井配产的准确性,可指导海上复杂组分天然气田实现快速、准确的产量调配。

Abstract:Both the single well output and natural gas component are significantly different among those wells in the DF1-1 gas field. However, the downstream users' demand for natural gas changes frequently and they have stringent requirement for the stability of the supplied gas's components. The testing flow meters of the single wells on the four platforms are modified after analyzing the problems of the original flow metering facilities and proration modes at the DF1-1 gas field's nodes. Inspection templates for the flow metering results and new production allocation models are established and practical production data are used for verification. The results show that the new proration mode and new templates can significantly boost the output metering accuracy and proration accuracy of the single well.
