SP板高砂率混凝土配合比研究

摘    要:采用正交设计法研究了影响SP板高砂率混凝土强度的各种因素,提出了各组成材料用量的合理范围,研究结果表明:水泥用量和超早强剂对混凝土3d强度影响最大,混凝土后期强度主要受水泥用量,水灰比的影响,水灰比应控制在0.34~0.36之间,采用粉煤灰等量取代水泥不仅可制备出满足钢绞线放张强度要求的SP板混凝土,而且混凝土的后期强度持续增长。

Abstract:The various effecting factors of long-span slab prestressed concrete strength with high sand-aggregate ratio is studied by the orthogonal design approach in this paper. The appropriate range of each kind of material is proposed. The results show that the cement content and super-accelerator mainly affect the 3d concrete strength; the later strength is mainly affected by the cement content and water-cement ratio. The proper range is from 0.34 to 0.36. Using equal replacement method of fly ash, long-span slab prestressed concrete can be prepared that met the tension requirements of the steel strand. The later strength increased persistently with age.
