基于峭度的阈值降噪方法及其在振动信号分析中的应用

摘    要:分析了常用的小波去噪方法,在此基础上提出了一种基于振动信号峭度的阈值降噪方法。阈值大小取决于不同尺度上故障信号的小波分解系数。在综合了软、硬阈值函数的优点的基础上提出了一种新的参数可调阈值函数。与常用小波去噪方法进行了对比分析,结果表明该方法有效的提取信号中冲击成分,为正确识别故障特征提供了有力保证。

Abstract:The commonly used wavelet de-noising methods were analyzed, and a comprehensive threshold method based on the kurtosis of vibration signal was proposed. The threshold was determined on the wavelet coefficients of signal and noise at different scales. The soft and hard threshold functions were combined of based on their merits, and a new function with adjustable threshold parameter was proposed. Comparative analysis with other commonly used wavelet de-noising methods was carried out.
