摘    要:新颖的全桥式高频环节AC/AC变换器,由输入周波变换器、高频变压器、输出周波变换器以及输入、输出滤波器构成,包括全桥全波式和全桥桥式拓扑.对双极性、单极性移相控制全桥式高频环节AC/AC变换器的控制策略、原理特性、关键电路参数设计准则和原理试验等进行了深入的比较研究,获得了重要研究结论.相对于双极性移相控制AC/AC变换器,单极性移相控制AC/AC变换器获得了更优的综合性能.移相控制全桥式高频环节AC/AC变换器,为实现新型的、中大容量的正弦交流稳压器、电子变压器和交流调压器奠定了关键技术基础.

Abstract:The novel full-bridge mode AC/AC converters with high frequency link are constituted of input cycloconverter, high frequency transformer, output cycloconverter, input and output filters. The converters have the full bridge-full wave mode and the full bridge-full bridge mode circuit topologies. The control strategy, principle characteristics, design criteria of the key circuit parameters and principle test of two-kinds of phase-shifted controlled converters are deeply and comparatively investigated, and important conclusions are obtained. Compared with the bi-polarity phase-shifted controlled AC/AC converters, the uni-polarity phase-shifted controlled AC/AC converters have better comprehensive performance. The converters lay key technical foundation on new-type regulated sinusoidal AC power supplies, electronic transformers and AC regulators with medium or large capacity.
