摘    要:三轴斜置一体化光纤陀螺性能的测试技术是实现高精度惯性导航的重要组成部分.原有三轴斜置一体化光纤陀螺标度因数和分辨率的标定方法依靠工装在理论测试模型的基础上逐一对各陀螺进行测试,测试时间长,对工装精度要求严格.针对上述问题,提出了通过测算安装误差和解算旋转矩阵来标定其标度因数和分辨率的方法.试验证明:方法可以快速、准确地一次性对三轴斜置一体化光纤陀螺中所有陀螺的标度因数和分辨率进行测试,解决了原有测试技术操作复杂、耗时、对工装精度要求严格的问题.

Research on testing technology based on three-axis diagonal integration of fiber-optic gyro
Abstract:Characteristic testing technology of three-axis diagonal integration of fiber-optic gyro is an important part of high precision intertial navigation.The original calibration method of the scale fator and resolution of three-axis diagonal integration of fiber-optic gyro depends on the tooling and tests the gyro one by one based on the theoretical testing model.The testing time of original method is long and the method is strict in precision of tooling,Aiming at the above problems,put forward a new method that calibrates the scale factor and resolution by measuring installation error and calculating rotation matirx.The experiment proves that the new method can calibrates the scale factor and resolution of all gyro of three-axis diagonal integration of fiber-optic gyro quickly and accurately.The new method has solved the problems of original testing technology for three-axis diagonal integration of fiber-optic gyro being complicated,time-consuming,strict in clamping.
