| Abstract: | The operational reliability of electronic components is the key and basis for the reliability of the entire equipment. In this paper, the operational reliability and failure causes of the electronic components are analyzed in combination with some practieal experiences. Some suggestions for enhancing the operational reliability of electronic components are proposed. |
