摘    要:由于冷轧带肋钢筋在轧制生产过程中的影响因素多,因素水平复杂,使得产品的两种质量性能指标:抗拉强度和延伸率波动很大,造成在实际生产中常常难以满足产品的质量要求.通过采用正交设计、试验和计算,进行方差分析和F数理统计检验,找出显著影响因素,确定合理的工艺参数配方,从而使产品质量合格率明显地得到提高和稳定.

Abstract:The product quality of the cold-rolled ribbed steel wires and bars, that is usually manifested by their ultimate tensile strength and elongation, was affected by a number of factors, thus failing to meet the product specifications. The cold- rolling procedures was then optimized to enhance the product quality by employing orthogonal tests, carrying out experiments and calculations, and conducting variance analysis and F statistic examinations. The principal factors affecting the quality were thus determined and an optimal process procedure formulated. As a result, the product quality was markedly improved and stabilized, and the acceptance rate of the product increased.
