空间摄影相机的胶片负压展平系统

摘    要:在大画幅、高分辨力的相机中,胶片展平是其关键技术之一.为了获得高的展平精度和像质,不仅要准确地实现胶片的吸附和释放,还要进行减震和降噪设计.本文介绍了一个较完善的胶片负压展平系统.提出了一种胶片负压展平精度的计算方法.分析了真空泵的极限真空度对胶片展平速度的影响.给出了胶片负压展平系统减振、降噪和排气净化的方法.

Abstract:In the large-size photograph and high-resolution film camera, film flattening is one of the most important technolgoies to the camera. In order to get high film flattening precision and high graphic quality, not only film flattening and releasing should be done well, but also vibration absorption and noise reduction should be designed well. In the paper a more perfect film flattening system is introduced. A calculation method about film flattening accuracy is presented. The effect of limiting vacuum of vacuum pump on the speed of film flattening is analyzed. The methods of vibration absorption, noise reduction and ventilation purification are described.
