摘    要:采用不同化学激发剂提高锰渣活性,并寻求制备水泥-锰渣胶凝材料的最佳配比和制备工艺。试验结果表明,一定条件下硫酸盐激发剂和自制FJS激发剂均可以单独激发锰渣活性,经激发的水泥-锰渣胶凝材料的安定性、凝结时间、强度均能满足复合水泥42.5强度等级要求。碱性激发剂的激发效果较差,其中固体硅酸钠会导致胶凝材料凝结时间缩短2-2.5 h。激发剂复掺的效果取决于所用激发剂的种类。SEM分析和XRD分析均表明,水化产物中大量层状结构托勃莫来石有助于提高水泥-锰渣胶凝材料的强度。采用适当的激发剂掺入方式,并控制激发剂和锰渣的掺入量,可以制得性能良好的水泥-锰渣胶凝材料。

Abstract:Water-cooled manganese slag is a kind of Blast Furnace Slag content with 8%-15% MnO.Experiment investigates physical properties of manganese slag cement activated by different chemical activators and produces manganese slag cement in chemical activity.The experiment indicates that the compressive strength of manganese slag cement increases with the amount of gypsum and FJS,and almost to 6% and 2%.The compressive strength decreases with the amount of basic activators.The physical properties of cement produced by multiple activators depend upon the types of avtivators in the chemical activity.Both SEM photos and XRD analysis reveal that some lathy tobermorite could occur in the hydrate,helpful reason for the strength of hydrate.
