热台偏光显微镜在实验课程中的应用拓展

摘    要:为了让学生能简单直观地了解和计算聚合物的结晶速度,本文尝试采用带有热台的偏光显微镜为主要实验仪器,对聚合物结晶速率及结晶活化能进行了简单的计算。通过分析球晶半径随时间增长的关系得到聚合物的等温结晶速率,并在此基础上结合阿伦尼乌斯方程计算出了聚合物的结晶活化能,拓展了偏光显微镜在本科实验课程中的应用领域。

Abstract:In order to make it easy to understand and calculate the crystallization rate of polymer for undergraduate students,the polar optical microscope with hot stage was used as the main experimental apparatus to calculate the crystallization rate and activation energy.By analysis the variation of radius of spherulite with time,the crystallization rate of polymer was obtained.In combination with Arrhenius equation and the crystallization rate,the activation energy can be obtained too.Thus,the application of the polar optical microscope with hot stage was expanded in the polymer experimental course.
