摘    要:研究了用氢化物发生一原子荧光光谱法测定镍铁中的痕量锑,试验了氢化物发生的最佳条件、酸度、预还原剂量及其还原时间、还原剂加入量以及镍、钴等共存元素对锑测定的干扰,并采用柠檬酸和硫脲-抗坏血酸对其干扰进行抑制,提出了一个直接快速和准确测定镍铁中痕量锑的分析方法,检出限可达到0.49ng/mL,该方法同样适用于镍基合金及高镍不锈钢等领域。

Abstract:In this paper a method of determination of trace amounts of antimony in Nickel-iron by HF-AFS is described.Hydride generation conditions,acidity,amount and time of pre reducing agent,amount of reducing agent,interference of coexistent elements of nickel and cobalt and its elimination by using citric acid and thiourea-ascorbic acid were studied.In this method,Sb can be simultaneously determined with satisfactory accuracy and precision.and the detection limit is 0.49ng/mL.This method can also apply to areas of asnickel-based alloys and high nickel stainless steel.
