顶空萃取-气相色谱-质谱法测定固体清香剂的挥发性成分

摘    要:采用顶空萃取-气相色谱/质谱法对固体清香剂的挥发性成分进行分析鉴定。结果表明:两种香型清香剂中共检测出40多种挥发性成分。柠檬香型清香剂中含量较多的化合物为柠檬烯(36.04%)、乙醇(13.19%)、芳樟醇(9.24%)、α-松油烯(6.50%)、辛醛(6.23%)、1-甲基-4-甲基亚乙基环己烯(4.59%)、癸醛(3.96%)、α-甲基-苯甲醇乙酸酯(3.16%)、香叶醛(2.42%)等。茉莉香型清香剂中含量较多的化合物为乙醇(41.21%)、乙酸苄酯(25.67%)、芳樟醇(20.61%)、苯乙醇(2.59%)、α-己基肉桂醛(2.51%)。检出的物质中,大部分化合物为香气物质。

Abstract:The volatile components in solid freshener were analyzed by headspace extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-GC/MS).The results showed that HS-GC/MS is effective in the analysis of solid freshener.More than 40 components were separated and identified.For lemon solid freshener,the principal components are limonene(36.04%),ethyl alcohol(13.19%),linalool(9.24%),α-terpinene(6.50%),octanal(6.23%),1-methyl-4-(1-methylethylidene)-cyclohexene(4.59%),decanal(3.96%),alpha.-Methyl-Benzen-emethanol acetate(3.16%),geranial(2.42%).For jasmine solid freshener,the principal components are ethyl alcohol(41.21%),acetic acid phenylmethyl ester(25.67%),linalool(20.61%),phenylethyl alcohol(2.59%),a-hexyl-cinnamaldehyde(2.51%).Most of the components are sweet-scented compounds.
