摘    要:本文提出了一种多通道非色散原子荧光光谱仪。该研究工作根据原子荧光光谱学的原理,在充分研究了氢化物发生-原子荧光分析技术所具有特点的基础上,设计了一种具有多个特征波长辐射光源的信号产生及检出系统,配合相应的电子控制系统,所研制的仪器装置不仅可对被测样品中多个元素所发出的荧光信号进行同步检出,同时很好地解决了多道信号间相互干扰问题,实现了对一个样品溶液中多个元素含量的同时定量测定。实验和应用表明,仪器的主要技术指标(基线稳定性、检出限、线性范围和道间干扰等)达到了设计要求。

Abstract:This paper proposes a multi-channel Non-dispersive Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer.According to the principle of Atomic Fluorescence Spectroscopy and based on the characteristics of the hydride(vapor) generation atomic fluorescence analysis technology,a kind of a signal detection system with multi-radiation light source was designed.Under the control of the corresponding electronic control system,It can get more than four results of detected sample solution simultaneously,and at the same time,solve the problem of the effective signal interference between two signal channels.The experimental data showed that the major technical specifications of the instrument,which are such as the stability of the baseline,the detection limit,the linear range of measurement & the interference between the signal channels eath other etc,can meet the design requirements.
