吹扫捕集-气相色谱法测定水中四氯苯含量

摘    要:建立了吹扫捕集-气相色谱法测定水中四氯苯含量的方法。样品经吹扫捕集解吸处理后进入配有DB-17MS(30m×250μm×0.25μm)毛细管色谱柱的带ECD检测器的气相色谱中进行测定。本法测定四氯苯三种异构体的检出限分别为1,2,3,5-四氯苯:0.008μg/L,1,2,4,5-四氯苯:0.01μg/L,1,2,3,4-四氯苯:0.02μg/L,加标回收率在79.6%~109.3%之间,相对标准偏差为5.3%~8.5%。

Abstract:A determination method of tetrachlorobenzenes in water by purge and trap-gas chromatography is established.Samples processed by purge and trap adsorption treatment were put in DB-17MS(30m×250μm×0.25μm) capillary column and were detected with GC-ECD.The limits of detection of tetrachlorobenzenes were 1,2,3,5-tetrachlorobenzene: 0.008μg/L,1,2,4,5-tetrachlorobenzene: 0.01μg/L,1,2,3,4-tetrachlorobenzene: 0.02μg/L,the recovery rate was 79.6%-109.3%,the relative standard deviation was 5.3%-8.5%.
