电感耦合等离子体发射光谱测定矿石中的二氧化锆

摘    要:叙述了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定矿石中的二氧化锆(ZrO2)的方法。锆矿石属于难熔矿石,大部分锆矿物不易被酸分解,本方法采用过氧化钠熔融分解试样,用沉淀分离法分离后的沉淀酸化后直接用ICP-AES测定,选用257.139nm的谱线基体对锆的测定信号无明显干扰。本方法具有操作简便、准确可靠等优点,检测下限为0.005×10-2,精密度(RSD,n=12)为4.78%~8.08%,方法回收率为96%~103%。

Abstract:A method of the determination of Zirconium dioxide in earth mineral by ICP-AES was studied in this paper.Zirconium mineral is insusible.The samples were dissolved by digestion Sodium peroxide system,were separated by precipitation separation,were acidified by hydrochloric acid,and 257.139nm was used to have no disturbance over determination.The operating condition of the instrument was optimized.The detection limit was 0.005×10-2.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=12) for the determination was less than 8.1%.The recovery results were 96%~103%.The results are satisfactory.
