玻璃纤维滤膜硫酸雾空白值的改进

摘    要:本文探讨了一种快捷有效的降低玻璃纤维滤膜硫酸雾(SO42-)空白值的方法,即超声波清洗法。采用超声波清洗处理玻璃纤维滤膜,从而大大降低滤膜的硫酸雾空白值,且使空白值处于稳定,消除空白偏高带来的误差。并且用处理后的玻璃纤维滤膜和石英滤膜对实际样品测定结果作了对比试验,实验表明,测定结果符合误差控制范围,超声波清洗后的玻璃纤维滤膜完全可以替代石英滤膜。

Abstract:The paper developed the method of reducing sulfuric acid mist blank through ultrasonic cleaning glass fiber filter.The stable blank by this method makes the experiments accurate.The comparison test between treated glass fiber filter and quartz filter showed that the results is in the range of quality control,so the quartz filter can be replaced by treated glass fiber filter.
