聚氨酯固-固相变材料微相分离结构与相变原理分析

摘    要:分别利用固-液相变材料聚乙二醇(PEG)为软段,1,4-丁二醇(BDO))为扩链剂,按照不同的质量百分比与多元醇改性二苯基甲烷-二异氰酸酯(改件MDI)反应制得一系列聚氨酯固-同相变材料(PUPCM).利用偏光显微镜(POM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)等测试方法对其升温-降温热循环过程形态结构与性能变化进行在线观察.同...

Abstract:Using polyethylene glycol(PEG) as soft segments,1,4-butanediol(BDO) as chain extender,and modified MDI as curing agent,a series of polyurethane phase change materials(PUPCM)was obtained.The change in morphology and properties of PUPCM during heating-cooling cycles was online observed using polarization microscope(POM),differential scanning caborimetry(DSC),and other testing methods.Atomic force microscope(AFM) revealed that the nature of phase change during the thermal cycling was the crystalline-amorphous ...
