火电厂空冷平台结构参数对空冷单元换热的影响

摘    要:利用计算流体力学软件(FLUENT),采用标准κ-ε湍流模型对火电厂直接空冷机组空冷平台的外部流场进行数值模拟,分析了风速、挡风墙高度、空冷平台高度等对空冷换热单元换热效率的影响。根据既定模型给出了挡风墙高度和空冷平台高度对空冷单元换热效率影响的趋势曲线,为改进直接空冷机组的设计具有一定的指导作用。

Abstract:Numerical simulation on external flow field of a platform for thermal power plant's direct air-cooling unit was performed by using software FLUENT with standard κ-ε turbulence model,while influence of the air speed,the wind wall height and the platform height on heat exchange efficiency of the air-cooling unit analyzed,and hence relevant influencing curves obtained based on a given model.This may serve as a reference for design of direct air-cooling power units.
