喷雾轴流风机气动噪声的模拟及预测

摘    要:利用计算流体力学(CFD)计算喷雾轴流风机的流场,然后应用Lighthill-Curle声学理论,采用FW-H声学模型预测了其噪声特性,并对风机气相流场和气液两相流场的流动及噪声情况进行了比较。结果表明,用CFD方法预测风机的气动噪声有一定的精度,分析结果可用于改进喷雾轴流风机的气动噪声性能。

Abstract:The flow filed in the spray axial flow fan was calculated based on CFD. The noise characteristic was predicted using FW-H model with Lighthill-Curle acoustic theory,and then compared the flow and noise between the gas and gas-liquid.The results showed that using CFD technique to predict aerodynamic noise in spray axial flow fan had reasonable accuracy.The results of analysis were conducive to the improvement of aero-acoustic performance of spray fan.
