| 摘 要： | 针对100张血管的平行断面图像，分析了每张切片与血管曲面的交线是一簇圆的包络线，且这簇圆中半径最大者即为最大内切圆这一几何特点，先利用计算机优化搜索得出每个切片与中轴线的唯一交点坐标及血管半径，再利用Mathematic数学软件进行空间曲线拟合，得出血管中轴线的参数方程，然后在每个切片图像与中轴线的交点处画一个半径等于血管半径的球，这些球的包络构成了直观形象的管道图，实现了血管的三维重建模拟。

| Abstract: | Given a problem of 3D rebuilding of vessel, we consider vessel with constant radius and have built a model to calculate the axis and radius of vessel. In this model we deal with each slice and get the inscribed circle with maximum radius, whose center is just on the axis of vessel and whose radium is just vessel's radius. At last we completed the reconstruction of blood vessel. |
