| 摘 要： | 现代切割技术是基于计算机信息技术,针对切割下料设备,对传统切割技术加以改进,发展成为优化套料技术,克服了传统钢材切割的缺点.晋煤集团机电总厂使用的FASTCAMR套料软件是数控切割机配套的优化套料软件,通过合理使用套料软件,提高了钢材综合利用率,提高了切割效率和切割质量.

| Abstract: | Modem cutting technology is based on the computer information technology to develop into optimum jacking technology based on the improvement of blanking equipment and traditional cutting technology,which overcomes the defect of traditional steel material cutting.Jinmei Group Mechanical and Electric Plant reasonably uses FASTCAMR jacking software,which is the optimum jacking software for NC cutting machine,to have enhanced steel material comprehensive availability cutting efficiency and cutting quality. |
