| 摘 要： | 随着标准在我国的经济建设中作用的提高，标准资源库的数量不断增加，如何解决标准资源库的数据共享问题变得越来越重要；基于元数据标准的标准资源库建设研究，建立基于元数据标准的标准资源共享体系是解决标准资源共享的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,standard plays a more and more important role in economic developing China. Meanwhile,the standard resource database is increasing in quantity with high speed and Data sharing turns to be an essential issue. Since metadata is a key figure to solve the problem of data sharing,it will be meaningful to construct the standard resource database based on metadata. |
