摘 要: | 本文针对某大体积混凝土工程的温升控制问题,在原材料选择、配合比优化方面进行两次正交试验:首先通过不同水泥品种、缓凝剂用量、粉煤灰掺量多种组合选择水化热低的胶凝物质方案;然后通过“性价比”、泵送性、配制强度三项指标确定最优配合比。

Abstract: | In this paper ,twice orthogonal experiments in the optimization of material and proportin have been proceeded , aims at the temperature-rising control problem of great concrte : this paper first choose project of low hydra-tion heal gum material, based on various compositions of cement species, quality of set retarding agent and volume of fly ashes; then decide the best mix proportion,under three index : the radio of quality to price , pumping quality and trial strength. |
