摘    要:介绍了依据2D12压缩机的结构特点而开发研制的气缸内压力引出装置。此装置安装方便,对压缩机的余隙容积影响较小,人造故障试验验证了此装置的可靠性及结构的合理性,并用试验采集的压力信号绘制出了指示图。通过对指示图的分析进一步证明了用指示图对压缩机运行工况进行监测和故障诊断的有效性。

Abstract:This paper introduces the new device that is used for detecting the gas pressure in cylinder of 2D12 reciprocating compressor.The device is developed according to the constructional character of 2D12 reciprocating compressor.Assembling of the devices is very convenient,and it has little influence with the clearance capacity of compressor.The man-made fault experiments prove the reliability and reasonableness of the device.The pV -Diagrams are drawn with the pressure signals that are collected in experiments.The validity to carry out condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of reciprocating compressor with the pV -Diagram is further verified by means of the analysis for the pV -Diagrams.
