天津城市工业用地重组中工业遗产保护与更新的思考

近年来，天津同我国许多早期工业城市一样，存在着城市扩张，原有工业用地的功能转换及重组问题，本文在梳理天津工业遗产类型的基础上，试图将工业遗产纳入到城市文化遗产的保护与更新体系之中，使其在大规模工业用地重组过程中的珍贵工业遗存有效保护中发挥控制作用，同时倡导原工业设施的综合利用，并将尊重科学，文化，节约与和谐的理念运用于城市原工业用地的更新改造中.
