| 摘 要： | 对在液氨泵使用过程中，机械密封的失效现象进行了分析研究，经过参数核算，找出失效的原因，确定了改造方案。改造后液氨泵密封性能和使用寿命均得到了较大提高，改善了工作环境，经济效益非常显著。同时也为解决易挥发性介质的密封问题提供了参考。

| Abstract: | The mechanical seal failures of ammonia pump are analyzed and studied ,some parameters are recalculated, and reasons of fault are determined and improvement precepts are put forward. The precepts are applied to ammonia pumps in Daqing Natural Gas Company, satisfied results are obtained in sealing performance and using life,better work environment is acquired, and commercial benefit is notable.It is of reference value for resolving pump sealing problems of volatile mediums. |
