V-N微合金化高强度厚板的研制

摘    要:对比了V-N微合金化和V微合金化钢的强化效果,确认钢中增加N含量能有效提高V的析出强化与细晶强化能力,对钢的各项性能都不会产生不利影响。采用V-N微合金化和控制轧制工艺试制了60、70mm厚板,产品性能到达了Q390E钢的质量要求。

Abstract:The contrast experiment of rolling heavy steel plate microalloyed with V-N and V at Shougang was carried out. The results show that adding appropriate N into steel can intensify the precipitation strengthening and fine grain strengthening of V, and the appropriate N content in V-contained steel has no disadvantage to the performances of the steel. The 60 mm and 70 mm specification heavy plates were produced with V-N microalloying combined with controlled rolling replacing the heat treatment process. The performances of the plates meet the demand of Q390E steel.
