| 摘 要： | 介绍了智能化逆变式节能电熔焊机的研制过程，对控制部分及电源部分分别进行了阐述，特别是电源部分，从逆变电路的选定，中频变压器的选择，以及IGBT驱动及保护环节等作了比较详细的介绍，最后对实测波形进行了分析。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the details of a welder system, which is base on IGBT high frequency inventer.It deals with the making-up of the system ,the drive and protection circuits of IGBT, the high frequency transformer design,and so on. The welder is proved to have the advantages of energy-saving and light weight. |
