多组分纤维复合花式纱线的生产技术

摘    要:探讨利用多组分纤维复合纺纱技术开发花式纱线的工艺技术措施.分析了多组分纤维复合纺纱技术的特点,以普通涤纶、有光涤纶、阳离子涤纶、咖啡色涤纶纤维、宝蓝色涤纶和粘胶纤维6种纤维纺制的10.7 tex复合段彩纱品种为例,介绍了利用多组分纤维复合纺纱技术开发花式纱线的方法.实践表明:通过在并条工序将各纤维条子进行混并、配色,粗纱采用双熟条喂入,在细纱机上加装变频式间歇喂入装置,并采用两根粗纱喂入纺纱,可以纺制具有彩色分段效果的花式纱.各工序针对纤维性能特点进行工艺调整并采取技术措施,保证了纺纱顺利进行和成纱质量的稳定.

Abstract:The processing and technology of using multi-component compound-spun technology to exploit fancy yarn were discussed. The characterisitics of multi-component compound-spun technology of six kinds of 10. 7 tex compond segmented color yarn were taken for example, i.e. common polyester, bright polyester, cation polyester, brown polyester, jewelery blue polyester and viscose. The method of developing fancy yarn using multi-component compound-spun technology was introduced. The fact shows that through blendeding different kinds of fiber slivers, matching colors in drawing process, adding frequency conversion intermittent feeding unit in spinning frame, adopting the process of two rovings be fed to spun, colorful and segmented fancy yarn can be spun. Each process was regulated according to the characteristics of fibers, technology methods were adopted properly, which guarantee the spinning successfully and the stabilization of yarn quality.
