| 摘 要： | 以长治市星座花园为例,分析了在市场和经济主导下该居住区的特色,在充分考虑市场和经济因素的前提下对其进行了整体规划,介绍了该居住区的景观、交通及户型设计,指出该小区满足了消费者和开发商的综合利益,其使用价值、经济价值和社会价值都得到了充分体现。

| Abstract: | Taking Xingzuo garden in Changzhi as example the charactersitics of this residential district in market economy are analyzed. Taking market and economy factors into fully consideration integrated planning is made, which is introduced from landscape, traffic and house type dei sign. Author points out that this district meets the requirements of customers and investors with good economic and social benefits. |
