离子色谱技术在食品安全检测中的应用进展

随着人们生活水平的不断提高,健康意识的不断改善,加之越来越多的食品安全问题时有发生,食品安全检测变得尤为重要。离子色谱法具有操作方便、分析速度快、灵敏度高、多组分同时测定等技术特点,不仅可以同时对多种无机阴、阳离子进行检测,而且还能对有机酸、碱进行分析,同时因其分离机制独特,可弥补液相色谱法或气相色谱法对检测物质分析时的不足,是一种较为理想的食品安全检测方法。故本文结合近些年国内外关于离子色谱技术在食品安全检测中的研究,综述了离子检测技术的分离原理、检测方式、技术优势,同时讨论了离子色谱技术对食品添加剂、非法添加物、食品污染物等检测的应用研究,以期加大食品安全检测的力度和精度,以及为离子色谱分离技术在食品安全控制领域拓展和应用提供一定的理论指导依据。

So this paper in recent years at home and abroad about the research of ion chromatography in food safety testing, ion detection technique are reviewed in this paper the separation principle and testing way and technical advantages, at the same time discusses the ion chromatography for illegal additives, food additives, food contaminants such as detection of applied research, in order to strengthen food safety detection and precision, And provide a theoretical basis for the development and application of ion chromatography in the field of food safety control.
