船舶管路系统弹性隔振试验

摘    要:针对船舶某管路系统夹环隔振和弹性隔振两种隔振方式,采用激振器和水泵两种激励源对该管路系统进行激励试验,并用振动测量系统采集隔振器的振动加速度值,通过频谱分析方法分析振级落差来评判两种隔振方式的隔振效果,为正确选用管路系统弹性隔振方式提供理论依据。试验结果表明,激励源对管路隔振性能影响很大,弹性隔振器能有效控制低频管路振动,降低传递到试验平台板上的振动能量,其隔振效果优于一般的管路隔振器。

Experiment of Vibration Isolators of a Ship’s Pipeline System
Abstract:Vibration generator and water pump have been used to excite different kinds of some pipeline vibration isolator for the ship, vibration acceleration has been acquired by using vibration measurement system, and the spectrum analysis methods have been used to analyze vibration level fall, with which the effectivity of vibration isolator can be judged. It can provide theoretical basis which is used to right select vibration isolator of the pipeline. The test results show that, the excitation source of pipeline vibration affects the performance of vibration isolation, elastic isolator can effectively control the low frequency vibration of the pipeline and reduce vibration energy transferred to the test platform plate. Therefore, the vibration isolation effect of elastic isolator is better than that of other isolator.
