摘    要:基于流固耦合的原理,采用二维颗粒流方法对均匀粗砂层灌浆过程进行了数值模拟分析。从细观角度探讨了粗砂层灌浆过程的特点,根据灌浆过程中颗粒接触力变化及浆液扩散规律将灌浆过程划分为三个阶段,重点研究了灌浆过程中孔隙率的变化规律以及灌浆压力、灌浆时间对灌浆效果的影响。研究结果表明,基于流固耦合的颗粒流方法能很好地模拟均匀粗砂层的浆液扩散过程。

Abstract:Based on the theory of fluid-structure coupling, the process of grouting in uniform coarse sand strata is meso-mechanically simulated by PFC2D. The characteristic of grouting is discussed on meso-level and the process of grouting is divided into three stage according to the discipline of the contact force change among particles and grouting slurry diffusion. The change law of porosity change during grouting and the influence of grouting effect with grouting pressure and time are detailed studied. The results show that the PFC2D combined with fluid-structure coupling can simulate the process of grout diffusion in uniform coarse sand strata fair enough.
