摘    要:针对某型救护直升机振动特点,采用金属干摩擦阻尼可调式隔振器对机载综合急救单元进行隔振优化设计,在隔振器干摩擦阻尼调节范围内,测试多组隔振器摩擦力曲线,应用谐波叠加法模拟直升机客舱底板激励,并通过仿真优化计算确定最佳摩擦力曲线,进而确定隔振器阻尼最佳工作状态。优化结果表明机载综合急救单元采用该型隔振器,能使加速度均方根响应降低78.75 %,说明该隔振器具有良好的隔振减振性能,适用于直升机机载振动环境。

Optimal Design of Vibration Reduction for the Integrated Airborne Aid Unit on Ambulance Helicopter
Abstract:According to the vibration characteristics of a certain type of ambulance helicopter, the optimum design of the metal dry friction damping tunable vibration isolator of integrated airborne aid unit was introduced. Within the adjustment range of the isolator dry friction damping, curves of the friction force of the vibration isolator were tested, and the superposition of harmonic method was used to simulate the helicopter cabin floor exciting, at the same time, the optimum curve of the friction force was made on the emulation and optimization calculation, and then the best working condition of the isolator damping was determined. The optimization results show that if the airborne aid unit uses this isolator, the RMS of the acceleration will be reduced by 78.755%, indicating that the isolator has a good vibration isolation damping performance and suit the airborne vibration environment on helicopter.
