摘    要:为了对某重型车车外加速噪声的异响问题进行控制,首先,对车外通过噪声进行频谱测试,并应用信号分析技术对异响现象和噪声频谱进行分析,试图寻找异响的故障频率,为设计改进提供依据和方向。随后,通过对该车整车关键部位的噪声和振动进行测试与分析,发现该车变速箱发射噪声的主要频率成分与整车车外加速测点噪声峰值频率相同,并指出变速箱发射噪声的主要部位。通过更换变速箱实现整车车外加速噪声降低5.6 dB(A),使整车车外加速噪声值达到国标限值以下。本方法对整车降噪和变速箱故障诊断提供一种切实可行的依据。

Control of Abnormal Sound for Heavy-truck Accelerating
Abstract:The control of the abnormal sound on a heavy truck was studied. Firstly, pass-by noise was tested; abnormal phenomena and noise spectrum were analyzed through spectrum analysis. The fault frequency of abnormal sound was tried to find, and the basis and direction of improvement design were provided by it. Subsequently, the noise and vibration of the key parts on a heavy-duty vehicle were tested and analyzed. It was found that the main frequency of gearbox transmitting noise was the same as the peak frequency of pass-by noise, and the main part of gearbox transmitting noise was pointed out. Finally, pass-by noise was lowered 5.6 dB(A) by replacing the gearbox, and the value of pass-by noise on the vehicle was below the GB limit. Therefore, it could be concluded that the method provided a practical basis for the noise control of vehicle and the fault diagnosis of gearbox.
