干热河谷地区碾压混凝土施工技术

摘    要:观音岩水电站地处典型的干热河谷地区,多年平均气温为20.3 ℃,实测极端最高气温达到44 ℃,日最高温差达到28 ℃,多年平均降水量为836 mm,多年平均蒸发量为2 086 mm,解决诸多不利气候条件对碾压混凝土施工的影响,是保证工程建设顺利进行的前提。本文着重从原材料选择、配合比设计、施工工艺、温控防裂措施等方面阐述干热河谷地区碾压混凝土施工技术,旨在为今后类似工程施工提供参考。

Abstract:Guanyinyan Hydropower Station is located in a region of the typical dry-hot valley with the annual average temperature of 20.3 ℃,the measured extreme maximum temperature up to 44 ℃,the highest daily temperature difference up to 28 ℃,the annual average rainfall of 836 mm and the average annual evaporation of 2 086 mm,and then,to lower the impacts from so many adverse climate conditions is just the premise for ensuring the smooth construction of the project concerned. The technology for the roller compacted concrete construction in the region of dry-hot valley is mainly expatiated herein from the aspects such as the selection of the raw materials,the design of the mixing ratio,the construction technology,the measures for temperature control and anti-cracking,etc.,so as to provide some references for the construction of the similar project.
