壳间新连接结构形式下双层圆柱壳声振性能分析

摘    要:从衰减振动波传递入手,对双层壳间连接结构进行了声振设计。运用减振隔振原理和Snowdon隔振模型,提出具有高弹性、高阻尼的近似质量—弹簧—阻尼减振特性的橡胶—质量块新型壳间连接结构,并对双层壳声振特性进行了数值仿真分析,最后讨论了连接元件刚度、材料阻尼和中间质量块变化对双层壳声振传递特性的影响。研究表明:提出的新型壳间连接结构能有效降低双层壳振动声辐射;弹性连接元件的刚度、阻尼和附加中间质量变化对减振降噪效果有较大的影响。研究结果可供潜艇声隐身设计参考。

Analysis of Sound Radiation from Double-layer Cylindrical Shells Connected by a New Type of Joint-structure
Abstract:The vibro-acoustic design of the connection structure between double cylindrical shells was done from the view of attenuating vibration wave transmission. Applied the theory of vibration reduction and isolation, based on Snowdon isolator, a new-type connection between double cylindrical shells that composed of rubber-mass was proposed which approximated mass-spring–damping vibration reduction system with the characteristics of high elastic and damping. Then numerical simulation of vibro-acoustic characteristics of the double cylindrical shell was analyzed. Finally the effect of stiffness, damping and addition mass of elastic connection variation on the vibro-acoustic performance of double cylindrical shell is also discussed. The results shows that the new-type connection could depress vibration and acoustic radiation effectively; the variation of stiffness, damping and addition mass of elastic connection have a larger influence on the vibration attenuation and noise reduction efficiency. The research results could become a reference for submarine acoustic stealth designing.
