舰员抗冲击地砖动力学分析

摘    要:抗冲击地砖具有超弹性大孔隙率蜂窝薄壁结构。建立抗冲击地砖的周期性薄壁结构单胞模型,进行冲击响应分析。结果表明,抗冲击地砖在压缩过程中具有明显的应变平台期,能够在一定载荷范围内提供足够的支撑刚度;在载荷强度达到一定值时,该结构能够被迅速压溃,产生瞬态大变形而吸收冲击能量。因此,抗冲击地砖是一种理想的舰员冲击防护手段。

Study on Dynamics of Anti-shock Ground Tiles for Warship’s Personnel
Abstract:Based on the analysis of the hyperelastic honeycomb structure characteristics of ground tile for shock protection of warship personnel, the single cell of the periodic cellular structure was modeled, and deformation behavior in condition of dynamic compression and shock was studied. Simulation results showed the anti-shock ground tile had enough supporting rigidity for warship personnel’s routine work, and could bulk rapidly under shock load to absorb shock energy as it had a preferable plateau phase.
