大连市体育馆结构健康监测系统的设计与研发

摘    要:大连市体育馆的屋盖结构为大跨度巨型网格弦支穹顶结构。为保证该屋盖结构在施工及使用期间的安全,引入了结构健康监测系统对屋盖结构进行监测。详细介绍了大连市体育馆索撑体系和网壳杆件的应力以及整体结构动态性能的永久监测方案,同时,对体育馆健康监测系统的硬件和功能进行了详细说明。本项目结构健康监测系统实现了多物理量的连续同步采集、自动储存数据、自动生成报表、自动报警和多方式显示等功能。借助该健康监测系统,获得了大量有关体育馆结构状态的数据。通过对这些数据进行分析,可以对体育馆的安全性能进行评价,判断结构是否存在损伤以及损伤发生的位置和损伤程度,为体育馆屋盖的安全服役提供了可靠的保障。

Abstract:The roof structure of the Dalian Stadium is suspendome structure. To ensure safety of the roof structure in construction and the future service, the permanent structural health monitoring system was introduced. This paper explains the details of the permanent monitoring program about the stress of cable and truss, as well as the dynamic monitoring of the structure and the monitoring method. And the paper also introduces the hardware and function of the structural health monitoring system for Dalian Stadium. The health monitoring system not only has the function of multiple physical quantity synchronization acquisition, but also can automatically store in different files and give an alarm to the controller when some abnormal situations happen. Through the health monitoring system, a large number of data were obtained. Through the data analysis, the safety of the structure can be evaluated and even the location of the damage can be indentified.
