减振器悬挂刚度对柴油机振动烈度的影响

摘    要:假设柴油机组与台架均为刚体,从理论上分析减震器刚度对柴油机振动烈度的影响,得到减振器刚度越大,机组的刚体运动越大的结论。针对某内燃机车柴油机组台架悬挂试验时所获取的实验数据,计算振动烈度值并评定等级,综合分析结果表明:降低减振器刚度,能有效降低下吊柴油机振动烈度,提高柴油机工作状态等级。

Influence of Suspension Stiffness of Shock Absorber on Vibration Intensity of Diesel Engines
Abstract:Only consider the influence of the stiffness of shock absorber,hypothesize diesel and bench are rigid body,Theoretically, analyzing the influence of the stiffness of shock absorber of diesel engine on vibration intensity,get the conclusion that the larger stiffness of shock absorber,the greater rigid motion of the unit.For the experimental data that can be obtained on bench suspension tests of someone diesel locomotive diesel,calculating vibration intensity value and evaluation level,Comprehensive analysis and results indicates that,reduce stiffness of shock absorber,Can effectively reduce the vibration intensity of hang diesel engine,and improve the diesel engine level of working state.
