工程车辆车架动态特性分析及结构改进

摘    要:车架的动态特性直接影响着整车的性能,因此车架结构动态特性分析在工程车辆设计工作中占有重要地位。以某工程车辆车架为研究对象,采用有限元分析方法与模态试验技术获取其固有频率与振型,结合发动机及路面的激励频率对其低频动态特性进行分析,并给出改进方案。结果表明,改型后车架的固有频率避开发动机怠速频率及路面激励频率,避免该工程车辆在怠速及路面行驶中可能产生的共振问题。

Dynamic Characteristic Analysis and Structure Improvement of Engineering Truck Frame
Abstract:Dynamic performance of frame makes a direct impact on the Engineering truck, thus analysis of its dynamic performance occupies an important position in whole design. Taking an engineering car as example, the finite analysis method and modal experiment technology is combination to obtain its natural frequency and corresponding mode shapes. Combining engine and excitation frequency, its low frequencies dynamic is analyzed, the way for improve the frame structure is also given. Results show that the natural frequencies of the frame can escape from the above-mentioned excitation frequencies, therefore avoid the resonance of forklift when it is moving at idle or road issue.
