质量屋技术特性自冲突识别与消除方法

摘    要:为了解决质量屋(HoQ)技术特性在不同用户需求约束下具有不同的属性,存在难以确定输出目标的问题,提出质量屋技术特性自冲突的概念,在此基础上构建基于约束理论和发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)的技术特性自冲突的识别与消除方法.建立产品规划质量屋,导出技术特性重要度,初步构建质量屋;开展质量屋关联矩阵目标判定,分析识别技术特性的冲突点,采用约速理论(TOC)中的冲突解决图(CRD)确定质量功能展开过程中的技术特性自冲突;采用TRIZ理论消除冲突,实现质量屋技术特性目标值的准确输出;以空分设备主冷凝器为例验证该方法的实用性;结果表明,该方法可以合理、有效地实现质量屋技术特性自冲突的识别与消除.

Abstract:Technical characteristics of house of quality (HoQ) have different properties in constraints of different user needs, which leads a problem that it is difficult to determine the output target. To solve this problem, concept of technical characteristics self conflict of HoQ was proposed and the identification and elimination method for technical characteristics self conflict based on theory of constrains (TOC) and theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) was constructed. Initial HoQ was built by establishing the HoQ of product planning and exporting the importance of technical characteristics. Contradiction Resolve Diagram (CRD) was introduced to determine the self conflict of technical characteristics in the process of quality function deployment. Conflict was eliminated using TRIZ theory, which supports the accurate output of technical characteristics of HoQ. Case study of the main condenser of air separation equipment was conducted, which shows that the proposed method is reasonable and effective implementation of the identification and elimination of HoQ technical characteristics self conflict.
