| 摘 要： | 实施创新教育,培养高素质的创新人才,是经济全球化、科技国际化的需要.针对高校如何在实验教学中培养创新人才的问题,提出了"以建立创新教育理念为先导、以培养具有创新能力的人才为目标、以教材改革为铺垫、以课堂教学为导向、以全方位开放实验室为平台、以向全校师生辐射来形成强有力的后劲和良性循环"的一种教学模式,并在实践中取得了良好的效果.

| Abstract: | The globalization of economy and the internationalization of technology call for innovative teaching patterns and creative personnel with high qualities.This paper presents a new teaching approach for experimental courses in view of how to cultivate creative personnel in junior colleges,and it has already produced desirable results in practice.This pattern advocates establishing the notion of innovative education and creative personnel cultivation by innovating teaching materials,classroom teaching and opening laboratories to all students at any time. |
