基于LabVIEW的汽轮机振动监测与故障诊断数据库系统

摘    要:汽轮机振动监测与故障诊断系统不可避免地要涉及到振动数据的存储与管理问题,利用LabVIEW作为开发平台,利用Access 2003为系统数据库开发工具开发出了汽轮机振动监测与故障诊断的数据库系统,其主要功能包括:数据的导入、数据库管理、事故追忆。此系统既能够发充分发挥虚拟仪器技术的优势,又能利用数据库强大的功能,大大地提高了汽轮机振动监测与故障诊断的水平,且易于与国际接轨。

Abstract:System for steam turbine(ST) vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis involves the problem that vibration data is stored and managed inevitable.Database system for steam turbine vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis is developed with LabVIEW for workbench,Access 2003 as systemic database.The main function of it is to import data,manage database,post disturbance review.Not only can it give full play to virtual instrument,but also utilize the superiority of database.So the level of steam turbine vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis is promoted,and it is easy to be in line with international standards.
