摘    要:利用AT89C2 0 51单片机丰富的内部资源实现的曼彻斯特编码译码器 ,应用于井下仪器数据传输系统 ,可以有效简化系统硬件结构 ,提高仪器的性能价格比。该设计采用软件实现曼彻斯特编码、译码 ,编码结果通过I/O口以差分方式输出 ,接收信号的脉冲整形由AT89C2 0 51内部比较器完成。作为井下多机系统的前端通信接口 ,与系统内主机的数据交换通过内部的异步串行口实现。实际应用表明 ,在传输速率不超过 1 0 0kb/s情况下 ,该方案实现的传输系统工作稳定可靠 ,智能化程度高 ,数据传输速率易于通过修改软件来调整 ,无须改动硬件结构 ,调试方便 ,具有一定的推广应用价值。

Abstract:A Manchester encoder/decoder composed by making full use of the inner resources of AT89C2051 can simplify the system hardware structure and improve the ratio of property to price when used in data transmission system of a downhole instrument. The design adopts software to realize the function of Manchester encoding and decoding, encoding data outputs through I/O port in difference mode, the shaping of receiving pulse completes by a comparator in AT89C2051. As a communication interface of a downhole instrument composed of multi-computers, it exchanges commands and data with the data acquisition system through asynchronous serial port. The practice use shows this transmission system completed by the scheme is more stable and reliable in the transmission rate no more than 100 kb/s. Considering simple structure and convention interface,this scheme is better than that of using special chip of Manchester encoder and decoder HD-15530, it deserves to be popularized.
