摘    要:本文介绍了高速 A/ D转换器 MAX1 1 8,并利用它和双端口 RAM技术实现了对电力电子装置高频信号的数据采集 ,给出了硬件原理图和实验结果 ,理论分析和实验结果验证了该方案的可行性

Abstract:The paper introduces high-speed analog-to-digital converter MAX118.High frequency signal data acquisition of power elctronic equipment is realized with MAX118 and dual ports RAM technique.The principle figure of hardware and results of experiment are given.The feasibility of the method are verified by the results of theoretical analysis and experiment.
